Governor conferred ‘Suryadatta Manav Seva Rashtriya Puraskar’ on Adesh Khivansara

Human service is God’s service: Prof. Dr. Chordiya

Pune : Social activist Adesh Khinvasara was honored with ‘Suryadatta Manavaseva Rashtriya Puraskar’ at the hands of Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari. Suryadatta Group of Institutes honored him for his outstanding work in the social and religious fields. At this time, the Founder President of Suryadatta Group of Institutes, Prof. Dr. Sanjay Chordiya, Vice President Sushma Chordiya were present.

Along with JITO, Adesh Khinvsara is associated with various organizations, like Shraman Arogyam Wing, Mahavir Pratishthan, Anand Pratishthan, All India Jain Conference, Poona Sakal Jain Sangh, All India Jain Minority Cell.

For the last 15 years, Aadesh Khinvasara has devoted himself to various social activities. Khinvsara takes lead & serves without any expectations like, to serve & provide medical aid to the Jain saints in their journey, helping people of all faiths with funeral needs, carrying the body from the hospital, bringing the funeral goods, bathing the body, releasing the relatives to the relevant place etc.

In the COVID-19 pandemic, he has helped to admit the people, to set up the covid centers. He has led to giving medical support to 980 people in the first wave, while 750 people in the second wave. Along with this, he helped to give moral and economical support to the patients and their relatives. He has done a commendable job in the vaccination drive also. He supposedly works 18-20 hours a day in a pandemic. Many national and local organizations honored him for his remarkable contributions towards society. The awards like Yuvaratna, Vihar Seva, Seva Shiromani, Sadhu-Sadhvi Ratna, Yuva Netrutva, Covid Warrior, JITO Maharashtra best covid warrior etc. Considering his entire work, he was honored with the ‘Suryadatta Manavaseva Rashtriya Puraskar’, Dr. Sanjay Chordiya mentioned.

Replying to honor Adesh Khinvsara said, the passion for social work was already there. My idol Vijaykant Kothari gave direction to it. Under his guidance, I was involved in various social activities. Humanity is more important than other things. I have been recently honored with the hands of Amit Shah, Home Minister of Government of India. Now, I am glad to be honored with this prestigious award with the hands of the Governor of Maharashtra. Such an honor motivates us to work harder. Along with career, youth should also contribute in social work. National service should be our duty. We must take responsibility for it.”

Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari understood Khinvasara’s work and congratulated him. He also wished him for further work. Sushma Chordia thanked everyone.
