A Joint Initiative by Union Minister of State Murlidhar Mohol and Abhang Prabhu Medical Academy
Pune: Competition is the essence of new age life. Facing exams like NEET is an inevitable task for students to secure their medical college seat. To enhance their skills, an initiative offering free mock tests and guidance lectures for the NEET 2025 exam is kickstarted in Pune. Union Minister of State Murlidhar Mohol and Dr. Abhang Prabhu Medical Academy (APMA) have taken the initiative for this program. The program includes mock test papers and online lectures, informed Dr. Himani Tapasvi, Director of APMA.
Dr. Himani Tapasvi stated that many students in Pune aspire to build careers in the medical field and are preparing for the NEET exam. However, many students cannot afford the high fees of coaching classes. Hence they lack proper guidance and rely solely on self-study. These students often face challenges like studying efficiently and approaching the exam, especially now that the time is reduced by 20 minutes. To ensure that talented students are not left behind due to financial constraints, APMA has undertaken this initiative based on the vision of Hon MP Murlidhar Mohol.
APMA aims to guide these students throughout their NEET preparation journey in this final phase of preparation. Five mock test papers with detailed solutions, based on the complete NEET syllabus, will be made available on www.apma.co.in. Additionally, there will be six online guidance lectures — two each for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. These lectures can be viewed live on Zoom and YouTube. A special lecture will also be conducted to explain how to prepare for NEET and what the exam rules are. All the details will be shared on the website.
This initiative is free of cost for all school and college students in Pune who are aspiring for NEET 2025. Murlidhar Mohol expressed that this effort will provide students with quality guidance, boosting their confidence and increasing their chances of success. He appealed to students to visit www.apma.co.in and register to benefit from the program. Registrations will open on April 13.
