Pune’s New Wave of Tech Talent: The Impact of Masai School’s Innovative PAP Model

Sharing her journey with Masai, she said “Pursuing a degree in computer science I was eager to dwell into my passion, however the impact of COVID coincided with the final stretch of my education, obscuring many opportunities and limiting new exposures. Despite holding a good job, I chose to pursue a new opportunity and joined Masai. Overcoming steep challenges like mastering recursion, I faced setbacks and had to repeat semesters, which only fueled my determination. Despite the difficulties, my mentor Isha Kataria provided invaluable support, helping me secure a position as a software engineer at Indivv.”

Another graduate of Masai School, Omkar Hanumant Pasalkar from Pune, Maharashtra who grew up studying in Marathi medium, faced several hurdles during placements despite his strong academic records. He opted Masai School with a hope to gain technical, English, and soft skills. Reflecting on his experience, he shared “After completing Electronic Telecommunication studies in Pune, I encountered several hurdles like suspended placements, and educational debt.
