Neurologist Dr Nasli Ichaporia felicitated with Diamond Award by World Stroke Organisation 

Pune (P&V News Service): Dr. Nasli Ichaporia, Senior Neurologist and Director of Neurology Department at Sahyadri Super Specialty Hospital, Nagar Road was conferred Diamond Award at the prestigious World Stroke Organization (WSO) Angels Awards. 
WSO Angels Awards recognize hospitals that have demonstrated clear commitment to quality stroke care and have established cultures and systems to support continuous improvement. The award is given in three categories including Gold, Platinum and Diamond after rigoruous evaluation on various parameters. 

Dr. Nasli Icchaporia said that the credit goes to my entire team at Sahyadri hospitals. Stroke is one of the leading causes of death and disability and has serious consequences not only on the individual but also the entire family. However with advancement in facilities, and making those accessible to all can improve outcomes significantly. This is what we have been striving to do at Sahyadri Hospitals by making our units ‘Stroke Ready’.
