Dharmesh Rajput claims Rs 101 crore 20 lakh by taking legal action against false complainants

Pune : Dharmesh Rajput has taken legal action against the false complainants regarding defamation of Batogreen Batteries India Pvt. Ltd. and the brand company Batogreen Hyper Power Battery and claimed Rs. 101 crore 20 lakh. Dharmesh Rajput in the conference also said that the production of Batogreen batteries will be initiated soon and the batteries with better quality will be re-launched soon.
In 2016, Batogreen Batteries India Pvt.  The company and the Batogreen Hyper Power Battery were slandered on social media and in the newspapers by some anti-social elements. While the petition was filed in the court, Batogreen Batteries India Pvt. The court gave a clean chit to the company and ruled that Hemant Kotian, the main facilitator along with the complainants, had lodged a false complaint said Dharmesh Rajput, Director of the company at a press conference.


All of this has had a profound effect on the company’s production and sales, as well as on the supply of raw materials required for production. The company’s operations were shut down throughout the year and the company suffered heavy losses.  However, he did not waver in this situation and fought a legal battle against the false complainants and succeeded in 2020. The Pune Consumer Court ruled in favor of Dharmesh Rajput. Also, on page 17 of the judgment, the court clearly stated that Hemant Kotiyan along with the complainants 1 and 11 had filed a false complaint.
