Pune: The much-anticipgated 6th edition of the Poona Club Golf League (PGL) 2025 is in full swing, having commenced on January 17th at the prestigious Poona Club Golf Course. This year’s league boasts 15 teams representing major corporate entities from Pune, highlighting the region’s vibrant golfing culture and competitive spirit.
Last year’s champions, the Healyos Eagles, who have won the title a record three times, are once again performing exceptionally well and currently lead the standings, showcasing their determination to defend their title.
Out of the 300 players who aspired to participate, 240 players were carefully drafted into teams following an exciting auction process. The players were divided into three divisions—Gold, Silver, and Bronze—to ensure balanced competition.
This year’s league is proudly sponsored by Ducati Legacy Motors, with Irrigation Products International Pvt. Ltd. and Toro as co-sponsors.
