Pune: Christ University Lavasa Campus concluded its Faculty Development Programme (FDP) from July 15th to July 20th, with 110 faculty members participating.The FDP aimed to foster an effective academic community under the motto “LAVASA”. Inspirational sessions promoted a shared vision for the future.
The programme facilitated discussions and idea-sharing, reinforcing the university’s commitment to learner-centric education. Faculty members reflected on their roles, aspiring to become “Agents of Transformation” in the academic landscape. The theme of the programme, represented by the acronym LAVASA, emphasized Living with Nature, Ability to change, Vision of future, Academic Excellence, Student Centric, and Agent of Transformation.
Through interactive workshops, lectures, and collaborative activities, the FDP highlighted the university’s dedication to nurturing a progressive academic environment. Christ University Lavasa continues to set the standard for innovative educational practices.
