Pune (Voice news service):– Multiple times world champion Pankaj Advani will lead a star studded field including Top Billiards and Snooker players Current top Snooker pro Ishpreet Singh Chaddha, Asian Indoor Games Gold Medalist Aditya Mehta, Multiple Former National Champion Alok Kumar, Former National Snooker and Billiards Champion Devendra Joshi, Sourav Kothari, Manan Chandra, Billiards National Champion Dhruv Sitwala are among 45 players who will represent 9 teams at the 19th Inter-Unit Petroleum Sports Promotion Board (PSPB) Billiards & Snooker Tournament
The event which will be organised by Maharashtra Natural Gas Ltd will be played at the PYC Gymkhana Snooker Hall from 5th to 9th March 2024.
A total 9 teams which include Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Limited, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, Gail (India) Limited, Numaligarh Refinery Limited, Oil India Limited, Petronet Lng Limited, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation, Mangalore Refinery And Petrochemicals Limited will be seen in action, he added.
The event will be played on a league cum knockout basis. The winner and runner up team receive trophy and attractive prizes.
