at the hands of Industrialist Ajit Gulabchand in the ‘Well Built Structure Competition-2023’
Pune: Builders Association of India Pune chapter in association with B. G. Shirke Construction Technology Pvt Ltd has organized a ‘BAI-Shirke Well Built Structure Competition 2023’ & ‘BAI-Shirke WBSC Awards’ ceremony recently. Industrialist and chairman of The Hindusthan Construction Ajit Gulabchand graced the award ceremony and honored various construction groups for their notable work.
‘The BAI-Padmashri B. G. Shirke Lifetime Achievement Award’ was presented to Jaiprakash Praveenchandra alias JP Shroff of Shroff Industries Group. The award consisted of a Puneri turban, a shawl, a badge of honor, a certificate of honor, and one lakh eleven thousand cash. The event takes place at Hotel Sheraton Grand, Pune Station. BG Shirke Construction Technology’s Senior Chief Executive RB Suryawanshi, Vice President-Engineering Planning & Design, YP Kajale, Vice President-Contracts BP Kulkarni, BAI West’s President Sunil Mundada, BAI Maharashtra President Sachin Deshmukh, WBSC President Harpreet Singh Anand, BAI Pune Center President D. S. Chaudhari, Vice President & WBSC Convenor Sunil Mate, Hon. Secretary Ajay Gujar, Treasurer Rajaram Hajare were present on this occasion.
On this occasion, the companies doing outstanding work in various sections of the construction sector were honored. Scon Project Pvt Ltd- Residential category, Rohan Builders Pvt Ltd and B. G. Shirke Construction Technology Pvt Ltd- Residencial Housing Complex, Ratnarup Project Pvt Ltd-Commercial Buildings, Ratilal Bhagwandas Construction and Suraj Buildcon Pvt Ltd-Industrial Construction, T & T Infra Ltd and Ajwani Infrastructure Pvt Ltd-Infrastructure, B. G. Shirke Construction Technology Pvt Ltd and Shubham Epic Pvt Ltd-Government Projects, Millennium Engineers & Contractors Pvt Ltd-Work upto Bare Shell, Sugam Construction in the Landscape (Horticulture) category won the awards. The award was in the form of mementos, shawls, and certificates.
Ajit Gulabchand motivated the audience and said, The quality of construction has increased day by day due to the inclusion of technology and artistry in the construction sector. Due to the increasing demand for housing, commercial progress is accelerating. While achieving this progress, social responsibility should also be maintained. Social work and positive thinking should be added to create better cities.
JP Shroff expressed his gratitude towards BAI & also put his journey in front of attendees. Sachin Deshmukh congratulated BAI Pune for their outstanding work.
