Jayant Patil’s son Prateek & Sushil Ansal’s Granddaughter Alika Kirloskar got engaged at the Kirloskar family’s Lakaki Bungalow

Prateek Patil son of Shri Jayant Patil, Cabinet Minister of the Water Resources Department  got engaged to Alika Kirloskar  at the famous Kirloskar family’s Lakaki Bungalow in Pune. Family members from both sides of the Patil & Kirloskar family attended the function.  
Alika Kirloskar is the daughter of Industrialist Rahul Kirloskar, who is Mr SL Kirloskar’s youngest grandson. Rahul Kirloskar was appointed as the MD of Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Limited (KPCL), and in 2009 he took over as Chairman. Her mother Alpna Kirloskar is the daughter of Mr.Sushil Ansal who was arrested in Uphaar Cinema fire where hundreds of people lost their lives.
Alika Kirloskar is the 5th generation of Laxman Kirloskar. Her father Rahul Kirloskar owns Kirloskar Pneumatic Co Ltd and uncle Atul Kirloskar owns Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd and other uncle Mr. Sanjay Kirloskar owns Kirloskar Brothers Limited – KBL with a factory in Kirloskarvadi have been engaged in a bitter court battle over various matters since the last several years. Rahul Kirloskar and Sanjay Kirloskar have been in court over various private and company related matters.
Prateek Patil is actively involved in the NCP party and an actively involved in the party politics from Islampur. Alika Kirloskar is General Manager Business Development at her father’s company Kirloskar Chillers Private Limited.
