Pune – The first state level Gram Mahotsav organized by Gram Gaurav Samajik Sanstha should be planned to increase the scope of rural development and agricultural innovations. This expectation was expressed by Former Vice Chancellor of Balasaheb Sawant Konkan Agricultural University, Senior Agricultural Scientist and renowned aquaculturist Dr. S.S. Magar.
The first five-day state level village festival of Maharashtra is being held from 12th to 16th May at Sinchannagar ground of Agriculture College, Pune jointly by Gram Gaurav Social Organization, Rajmata Jijau Shikshan Prasarak Mandal and Maharashtra State Sarpanch Seva Sangh. Bhumi Pujan ceremony of the venue done by Dr. S.S. Magar and famous inspirational lecturer Prof. Ganesh Shinde recently on the sacred day of Akshay Tritiya, Mahatma Basaveshwar Jayanti and Ramzan Eid. Corporate Trainer Sunil Shete, President of Khandeshi Vikas Sanstha Vivek Thackeray, Founder of Sarpanch Sangh Babasaheb Pawase, Principal Dr. Dhananjay Bagul, Deputy Principal Kiran Chaudhary, Adv. Jyoti Virkar, Director of Aryans Group Sanjay Shendge, Kailas Bagav, Gorakh Pawar, Kamesh Modi etc. were present at the auspicious occasion.
