Pune, Agarwal Marwari Chamber of Commerce and Industry and education, on Monday sent a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, seeking to make changes in GST and save the crores of businessmen in the country. In the letter, Rajesh Agrawal, national president of Agarwal Marwari Samaj stated that due to rising inflation, GST and some wrong policies of the government, all the traders and industrialists of the country are suffering huge losses.
The excise and service tax were exempted. If GST is reduced then sales of all traders, industries will increase which will also increase the income of the government, Mr Agarwal wrote. This entrepreneur has welcomed the proposal made by the Central Government through NPA accounts and their money sinking through recovery of bad banks.
But they oppose the decision of the government where there is a provision for return of deposit of only Rs. 5 lakhs, he said.He said that few traders and businessmen had a deposit of lakhs or crores of rupees, but the government would also give them only Rs. 5 lakhs? This policy is unfair on traders, entrepreneurs. The letter further said that when we take a loan from a bank, they do not leave the chase till the entire loan is recovered, due to which many have committed suicide.
In this case, when the bank collects all the money from us, then our deposit, whether it is in any bank other than the National Bank, then we should get it with one hundred percent interest. In addition to the above, the chamber seeks a ban on cryptocurrency. On the other hand, if construction gets industry status, it will give them the benefit of facilities like bank loans, he said.
He further demands that Cement and steel prices should be controlled. Also, there should be only 5 percent GST on it, which will benefit all the middle class. With the boom in manufacturing, the government will automatically get more revenue, he added. This chamber is becoming the voice of all the industrialists, traders and all the professionals of Agrawal, Jain, Marwari, Gujarati and Maheshwari societies who have contributed more than 100 million people who have provided maximum employment to crores of people and strengthened the economy of the country, he added.

पुणे, जीएसटीचे १२, १८ आणि २८ टक्के स्लॅब काढून टाकणे, करमुक्त वस्तूंची संख्या वाढवणे, विलंब शुल्क आणि विलंबित जीएसटी पेमेंटवरील व्याज लावू नये, अशा अनेक मागण्या अग्रवाल मारवाडी चेंबर ऑफ कॉमर्स इंडस्ट्रीज अँड एज्यूकेशन मांडल्या आहेत. चेंंबरचे राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष राजेश अग्रवाल यांनी पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी आणि अर्थमंत्र्यांना मागणीचे पत्र पाठवले आहे.वाढती महागाई, जीएसटी आणि सरकारच्या काही चुकीच्या धोरणामुळे देशातील सर्वच व्यापारी आणि उद्योगपतींचे मोठे नुकसान होत आहे.
ही बाब लक्षात घेऊन राजेश अग्रवाल यांनी वरील मागण्यांसह उत्पादन शुल्क आणि सेवा करात सूट द्यावी, जीएसटी कमी केल्यास सर्व व्यापारी, उद्योगांची विक्री वाढेल, त्यामुळे सरकारचे उत्पन्न वाढेल.एनपीए खाते असलेल्या आणि त्यांचे पैसे बुडवणार्‍या बड्या उद्योजकांसाठी केंद्र सरकारकडून रिकव्हरी बँड बॅकेच्या माध्यमातून करण्यात येणार्‍या प्रस्तावाचे या संस्थेने स्वागत केले ाह. मात्र केवळ ५ लाख रुपये ठेवी परत करण्याची तरतूद असलेल्या सरकारच्या निर्णयाला विरोध केला आहे. ज्या व्यापार्‍यांचे व उद्योगपतींचे लाखों किंवा करोंडो रुपये जमा असतील.
त्यांना सरकार केवळ ५ लाख रुपये देईल हे धोरण त्यांच्यावर अन्याय कारणारे आहे. अग्रवाल मारवाडी चेंबरचे म्हणणे आहे की, बँकेकडून कर्ज घेतल्यानंतर पूर्ण कर्जाची वसुली होईपर्यंत ती पाठलाग सोडत नाही. त्यामुळे अनेकांनी आत्महत्या करण्याचा मार्ग पत्करला आहे. अशा परिस्थितीत जेव्हा बँक आमच्याकडून पूर्ण रक्कम आकारते मग ती नॅशनल बँकेशिवाय इतर कोणत्याही बँकेत असो, आम्हाला ती १०० टक्के व्याजासह मिळाली पाहिजे.वरिल विषयांव्यक्तिरिक्त, हे चेंबर क्रिप्टो चलनावर म्हणजेच आभासी चलनावर बंदी घालण्याची मागणी करते.
त्याचबरोबर बांधकामाला उद्योगाचा दर्जा मिळावा, त्यामुळे त्यांना बँकेच कर्जासारख्या सुविधांचा लाभ मिळेल. सिमेंट आणि स्टीलच्या किंमती नियंत्रित ठेवाव्यात. तसेच, यावर फक्त ५ टक्के जीएसटी असावा, ज्याचा फायदा सर्व मध्यमवर्गीयांना होईल. जेव्हा उत्पादन क्षेत्र वाढेल तेव्हा सरकारला आपोआपच अधिक महसूल मिळेल.कोट्यावधी लोकांना रोजगार मिळवून देण्यात आणि देाशची अर्थव्यवस्था भक्कम करण्यात सर्वाधिक योगदान देणार्‍या अग्रवाल, जैन, मारवाडी, गुजराती माहेश्वरी समाजातील १० कोटींहून अधिक उद्योगपती, व्यापारी आणि सर्व व्यावसायिकांना संघटित करुन हे चेंबर त्यांचा आवाज बनत आहे. सर्व समस्या सोडवून त्यांना वरपर्यंत नेण्याची जवाबदारी पार पाडण्याचा प्रयत्न चेंबर करत आहे. राजेश अग्रवाल यांच्या नेतृत्वाखाली हे चेंबर पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांचे आत्मनिर्भर भारताचे स्वप्न पूर्ण करण्याच्या दिशेने वाटचाल करत आहे.
