Brand Spreads Awareness to Protect People from Dengue
Pune: In a major step toward protecting citizens from mosquito-borne diseases, Dabur’s leading personal application mosquito repellent brand Odomos has launched a large-scale awareness initiative titled ‘Making India Dengue Free’ in Pune. The campaign aims to educate people about dengue prevention and promote the importance of personal protection against mosquitoes.
As part of this initiative, the Odomos team is reaching out to communities across the city, conducting awareness drives, and distributing free samples of Odomos mosquito repellent cream. The campaign also includes informative sessions at public places such as bus terminals and railway stations to educate people on preventive measures against dengue.
A special activity was organized in Pune, where over 150 people were sensitized about the dangers of mosquito-borne illnesses. The event was attended by Narendra Parakhe from Desh Seva Foundation, Kishor Bhalake, Sunil Chavan, and Dinesh Kumar from Dabur India.
Speaking on the campaign, Mr. Vaibhav Rathi, Head of Marketing – Home Care, Dabur India Ltd., said,

Adding to this, Mr. Dinesh Kumar, Senior Manager, Dabur India Ltd., said,
“It is extremely important to focus on preventive measures to protect against dengue. We want to spread awareness so that people can safeguard themselves from mosquito-borne illnesses. ‘Making India Dengue Free’ is our step in that direction.”
