1st International Yoga and Sustainability Conference in Dubai on 10th November 2024 by Pune’s Swasti Yoga Center
Pune-based YCB-AYUSH accredited Swasti Yoga Center, in collaboration with the UAE General Authority of Sports, UAE Sports for All Federation and Dubai Sports Council are organising the 1st International Yoga and Sustainability Conference in Dubai on November 10 for Holistic Health and Cultural Exchange. An announcement was made by Dr. Vikas Chothe, founder of Swasti Yoga Center in a press conference. He said, The conference aims to foster cultural integration, mutual respect, and global collaboration through yoga. It will bring together leading voices from around the world to share insights and practices that promote a sustainable future.
Highlights of the conference-
The event will highlight yoga’s role in promoting sustainable living and global well-being, and will gather experts, practitioners, and enthusiasts to discuss integrating yoga into health, business ethics and cultural practices.
The conference will emphasise yoga’s impact on health and well-being for people of all ages,
supporting the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goal. It will incorporate Yogic Principles into Corporate and Daily Life through programs like “Yoga for Business Ethics” and the “Green Yoga Volunteer” initiative. The conference will emphasise on making classical yoga literature accessible in Arabic language to reach a wider audience. Interactive Yogic games will also introduce the philosophy to new learners, merging traditional wisdom with engaging modern approaches.
