Mrs Chordiya has been the pivotal force in the remarkable growth of Suryadatta Group of Institutes, since 1999. Her responsibilities encompass overseeing administration, finances, faculty guidance, student mentoring, and social &cultural events. Her mission is to provide quality education for all and empower individuals to realize their potential. She’s also a noted philanthropist and a social worker. She is President of the ‘Suryadatta Women Empowerment & Leadership Academy (SWELA)’ which offers skill-based modules, women empowerment programs, Life skills training, awareness programs & free of cost education to the needy, deserving, economically deprived strata of society. Her commitment to Women’s Empowerment & CSR has been recognized by various awards, such as the ‘Most Promising Social Change Maker and Educationist 2023’ at the House of Commons, London UK, the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Navbharat Education Awards, Certificate of Honour ‘Global Social Entrepreneur’, ‘Women and Child Development Icon in Asia 2022, Maharashtra Bhusan Award 2023, the Pride of India Bhaskar Award 2021, and many more that show her dedication to societal betterment and upliftment. Recently, Mrs. Sushama Chordiya attended the London Global Convention organized by IOD in London & got an opportunity to interact & network with academicians, industrialists, Entrepreneurs, Businessmen, etc across the globe.
As an Executive Development Officer, Siddhant Chordiya’s key responsibilities include strategic planning, branding and promotion, corporate outreach programs, digital transformation, and international tie-ups and collaborations. His mission is to develop versatile, value-driven professionals across diverse fields who are well-versed in emerging technologies and equipped to adapt to the dynamic global economy. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering, an MBA in both Finance and HR, Certificate in Animation and Game Development from Harvard EDx USA. To further enrich his knowledge, he is currently pursuing a PhD with a focus on the influence of organizational structure on business agility and business continuity. He is a man of deeds in support of edu-social connections, dedicated to crafting a vibrant learning environment that empowers every student and mentoring young entrepreneurs. Recently, Mr. Siddhant Chordiya visited Finland to understand their School of Future methodology, and explore Technology Know-How and tie-up opportunities with Finland Educational Groups for his dream project, ‘The School of Future’. Now, under his initiative, Suryadatta has introduced the Finnish School of Future methodology in its school focusing more on experiential learning and the learning moves towards learner-centered, learning process-based, and personalized learning.
