Jethe’s Academy meritorious students felicitation ceremony
Pune (Voice News Service): 14 meritorious students of Jethe’s Academy, Dhankawadi were felicitated by MLA Bhimrao Tapkir. Mainly, Jethe’s Academy’s Jaid Babulal Sayyad, who was a student of municipal school, scored 99% in the CET 2023 exam.
MLA Bhimrao Tapkir said : Jethe’s Academy plays an important role in the society for quality development of students in the field of education as most of the educational institutions are deteriorating.
He was speaking at the felicitation ceremony of meritorious students at Jain temple hall, Dhankawadi, Pune organized by Jethe’s Academy on Sunday 23rd July evening.
On this occasion Khadakwasla Legislative Assembly MLA Bhimrao Tapkir, Bharti University Senior Citizens Association President Shankarao Patil, Vice President Tanaji Shinde, Directors of Jethe’s Academy, Ex-Servicemen Army Dilip Suryavanshi, Prof. Anand Jethe, Prof. Deepali Jethe and other dignitaries were present.
Tapkir said; “The highly educated Prof. Jethe started his journey from a small ten-by-ten room with the idea that his education should be useful to the poor, marginalized rural students, a decade ago. Today enriching thousands of students.
Taking note of this work, Professor Anand Jethe was honored with the Governor’s Award last year by Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari at Raj Bhavan, Mumbai for his work in the field of education.
Director Prof. Anand Jethe said; “Students from various rural areas of Maharashtra study in Jethe’s Academy. We have started the Student Adoption Scheme(SAS) to ensure that a student who is struggling with the situation is not deprived of education. Regardless of caste, religion, creed, we are going to give free admission to students who have the determination of education with a sense of social responsibility on financial criteria.
“Our goal is to empower students for competitive exams such as IIT-JEE, NEET, CET & NDA.
