CMA Brijmohan Sharma & Narendra Sonawane honored with ‘MTPA Merumani’
Pune : Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) Shripad Bedarkar has been re-elected as the President of Maharashtra Tax Practitioners Association, while Prasad Deshpande has been elected as the Vice President, Adv. Anurudra Chavan as secretary, Milind Hendre as treasurer and Adv. Pranav Sheth has been elected as joint secretary. The Executive Committee for the year 2023-24 was announced in the 43rd Annual General Meeting held recently at the ‘Gyan Mandir’ auditorium of the association. CA Swapnil Munot, Dnyaneshwar Narwade were re-elected as members, while senior member Kailas Kashid was elected as newly appointed member.
The Executive Committee of 2022-23 was felicitated with various awards for its contribution during the year. Along with this, former presidents CMA Brijmohan Sharma and Narendra Sonawane were awarded the title of ‘MTPA Merumani’ for their substantial contribution. Senior CA Suhas Bora, former president Prakash Patwardhan and senior member and former president of GSTPA Satara Rajagopal Chandak were presented with ‘Gratitude Awards’.
