Passion on canvas group show at Malaka Art Gallery

Between 16th to 30th September ’23, a group show by five artists is being held at Malaka Art Gallery, Pune. The show is curated by Romartika Art Decoded.

The five artists are, Alka C Singh, Reena Soni, Sujata Humane and Kavita Tambolkar and Brinda Nilesh.

Alka’s abstract landscapes are unique in their style and expression. The spirit of the landscapes captures the viewer unaware in awe.

Reena’s captivating contrast of colour and enigmatic symbolism linger on the eyes until long after one looks at her paintings.

Kavita’s amazing blend of Indian classical and surrealistic abstraction make her works stand out in the crowd of conventional art forms.

Sujata’s realistic landscapes contain a spirit of simplicity and a peaceful calmness.

Brinda’s citiscapes capture the true spirit of the city.

However, as a one of its kind arrangement, Romartika is going to break the boundary of geographical domain. Since a group show at an offline space is necessarily accessible to the local art lovers, Romartika is also organizing an exhibition with the same artists in 3D VIRTUAL space where the visitors can navigate with the touch of a finger as if walking around in a gallery of brick and mortar. Those who cannot make it to Malaka Art Gallery, can always enjoy the 3D simulated Virtual show on their mobile phone or laptop.

Since the participating artists are highly versatile, we have tried to display different artworks in the 3D Virtual show.  Enjoy the virtual show at the online platform, romartikaspeaks, and also do drop in at Malaka Art Galelry, Lane no 5, Koregaon Park, Pune within the specified dates.
