Sona Machinery Delivers the Distillery Plant New Installations and Modifications Project at Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd Maizapur Unit
Pune (Voice News Service): Sona Machinery Pvt Ltd (Estd. 1995), is India’s leading name in the Grain Based Distillery EPC field of Heavy Agri-machinery and Equipment Manufacturing, Engineering, Installation, and Commissioning. Quite recently it has successfully completed the Project at BalrampurChini Mills Ltd’sGrain Handling System (GHS) in its Maizapur Unit, it involved Installation of new equipment, modification of work and commissioning of equipments. Project was related to Studying and Re-engineering the entire Unloading and Milling sections of the Grain Handling Systemat the Maizapur Plant Unit of Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd. and making the project operations run flawlessly while achieving the desired capacity.
Sona Machinery, being the premier Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) in the Grain Based Distillery Industry, was entrusted the responsibility to address the desired capacity output required and also modify & rectify issues which had arisen due to work done by previous vendors in the Grain Handling System. The issues had arisen due to poor project engineering done by previous vendors at both Unloading and Milling Sections which resulted in frequent breakdowns of process and non-achievement of desired capacity. With its prowess in Engineering and work of its Professional Team Sona Machinery was able to complete the work in the tight deadline given by customer.
Post-completion, the equipment underwent successful running trials along with the achievement of the desired capacity, Plant was made operational with success and as per the satisfaction of Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd and is running seamlessly now.
