Pune (P&V news service):- A very unique kind of a property festival was held by Varad Property Solutions Pvt. Ltd in Pune recently. It was organized for the people in the construction and development sector as well as for the customers to fulfill their dreams of buying home and commercial property. Prominent builders from Pune participated in this festival. The festival offers a wide range of options to consumers and investors looking to buy a home and commercial property.
The unique feature of this unique festival is that for the first time all the builders were given free space in the exhibition without any charge. Festivals with this type of concept i.e. “Sales Driven Expo” takes place outside India. The purpose behind this is that the builders pay the commission to the exhibitors for whatever is sold. But if the sale does not take place, all the risk lies with the festival organizers.

Ltd. distributed Cash Prizes and certificates to encourage the developers. Mahesh Kunte also expressed his intention to organize a super grand festival in the future along with the ongoing sale of land, properties and Flats by Varad and also announced that he will soon build his own housing project in the near future.
