Pune to Host One of India’s Largest One-Day Realtor Summits on July 6

More than 2,000 realtors from 38 cities and over 300 developers will converge for PROP CONNECT 2026 at the JW Marriott Pune

Pune: The Professional Realtors of Pune (PROP), in association with the National Association of Realtors-India (NAR-India), will organise PROP CONNECT 2026, one of India’s largest one-day summits for real estate consultants, at JW Marriott Pune on Sunday, July 6. The event is expected to bring together more than 2,000 realtors from 38 cities and over 300 developers from across the country under the theme ‘Realtors – Fueling the Future’. The summit will serve as a platform for networking, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration among real estate consultants, developers, policymakers, and technology experts. Organisers said the scale of participation makes it one of the country’s largest gatherings of the organised realtor community.

Mr. Udayan Mane, President, PROP & Ramesh Toshniwal, Convenor, PROP CONNECT 2026, gave this information in the press conference organized at PYC Gymkhana on Friday. Darshan Chawla (Immediate Past President), Tanuj Nagrani (Vice President – Builder Relations & Sponsorship), Niraj Singh (Vice President – Technology & Communication), Manish Didhmishe (Secretary), Murli Ramani (Treasurer), Dinesh Rathi (Director – Training & Membership Circle), Sarang Madrewar (Director – Sports & Cultural Functions), Mahesh Yadav (Director – PROP Growth), Ravindra Yadav (Director – Digital PR/Media), Vikram Malik (Director – Business Exchange & Cross Sale) and Preet Kohli (Director – Events, Engagement & Networking) were present during the conference.

Mr. Udayan Mane said, “PROP CONNECT 2026 is a celebration of the realtor community and the role we play in shaping how India lives, works, and invests. Our governing body worked together to build a platform that reflects the professionals it represents, and we’ve received extraordinary support from developers and partners nationwide. The day-long programme, scheduled from 9 am to 9 pm, will feature keynote addresses, fireside conversations, and panel discussions on Pune’s future growth, market trends, artificial intelligence, automation, entrepreneurship, and business expansion.”

A key highlight will be a keynote by Dr Abhijit Chaudhari, Commissioner, PMRDA, on Pune’s next growth corridor. The programme will also include ‘The Panchshil Story’, a fireside conversation with Atul Chordiya, and ‘Story of the Titans’, featuring leading developers discussing the future of India’s real estate sector. Several marquee developers from Pune’s leading real estate companies will also participate in exclusive fireside sessions, Ramesh Toshniwal mentioned.

Darshan Chawla said the technology segment will feature Vaibhav Sisinty speaking on AI and automation for modern realtors, while CA Sarthak Ahuja will present the 2027 real estate market outlook. Business coach Rajiv Talreja will deliver a keynote on scaling businesses 100 times, and the summit will conclude with a stand-up comedy performance by Vipul Goyal. The event will also feature curtain-raiser films, a CSR segment, partner recognition, and a gala dinner.

Tanuj Nagrani said the event has been curated to deliver practical insights while fostering stronger collaboration between realtors and developers. He added that the participation of over 300 developers and partners reflects the industry’s support for the organised realtor community.
