Pune: Chairman of Kishor Pumps Mr. Kishor Desai, through his ‘Kishor Desai Foundation’, donated an ambulance for the benefit of Phaltan area. The inauguration took place in Pune at the hands of Dr Suhrud Sardesai, the renowned doctor. Also seen on the occasion are Kishor Desai, Bhagyashree Desai, Siddharth Desai and Amruta Desai.
Through the Kishor Desai Foundation, various initiatives have been undertaken in the fields of education, health, water supply and treatment, as well as solar energy.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Sardesai said “in emergency medical situations, every moment is crucial. We believe this ambulance will be extremely beneficial for citizens in rural areas like Phaltan.” This ambulance will operate within 250 km range of Phaltan under emergency situation.
