Aakash Institute Pune Excels in JEE Main 2026: 16 Students Shine; Deekshant Sharma Becomes Top Scorer with 99.99 Percentile

Pune: Aakash Educational Services Limited (AESL) 16 students from Pune have again demonstrated exemplary performance during the JEE Main 2026 (Session 1) and given testimony to the continued success of their academic program throughout their region.

According to the National Testing Agency (NTA) results released 16 Feb, In JEE Main 2026, 16 students from Aakash Institute, Pune delivered an excellent performance.

Deekshant Sharma emerged as the top scorer with a stellar 99.99 percentile, followed by Tejas Kore with 99.78 percentile and Piyush Yadav with 99.75 percentile. Shivprasad Laxman Deokar secured 99.71 percentile, while Pratyush Alok kumar Tiwari achieved 99.54 percentile.

Kaivalya Vijay Gharge scored 99.44 percentile and Parth Nikam secured 99.43 percentile. Arya Divekar achieved 99.35 percentile, while Nikhil Bewal and Soham Nishikant Patil both secured 99.31 percentile. Divya Dipak Katariya scored 99.29 percentile and Utkarsh Pradip Nibe achieved 99.20 percentile.

Om Deshmukh secured 99.15 percentile, Hasini Chikkala scored 99.08 percentile, Varad Mahadik achieved 99.05 percentile, and Pearl Somani secured 99.04 percentile, reflecting the strong overall performance of the Pune Region in JEE Main 2026.

Many of the students also commented that by self-discipline, consistent practice, rigorous training, timely mentoring and regular assessment helped many of these students achieve success. Through their structured curriculum, the guidance from a qualified instructor and the regular opportunity to take a simulated test, they maintained focus on their studies, identified weaknesses sooner, and increased their performance steadily.
JEE Main, which has two opportunities during the year to take the test, allows students to improve on their previous results and is the means through which students can be admitted into NITs, IIITs and other institutes supported by the Government, as well as qualify to take JEE Advanced, which is the entrance test to Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs).
