Bringing with her a distinguished career of over a decade in the hospitality industry, Chef Sara will now lead the Thai culinary cuisine at Lyfe Hotels’ upcoming restaurant.
Chef Sara will conceptualize and develop Thai cuisine and menus at Lyfe Hotels, Bhubaneswar. She will bring forth new culinary techniques and innovative approach to curate delectable Thai cuisine and delicacies to Bhubaneswar.
Previously, Chef Sara has been associated in the capacity of Thai Chef at Sheraton Full Moon and Spa, Maldives. Over the years, she has also worked at world renowned properties and restaurants across Asia such as Sheraton Hotel Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan; Issara Restaurant Phuket, Michelin Star I, Thailand; Andara Resort & Villas Hotel, Phuket, Thailand; Paresa Hotels & Resort, Phuket, Thailand and Anantara Mai Khao Phuket Villas, Phuket, Thailand.

During her tenure at Sheraton Full Moon and Spa, Maldives in 2023, Chef Sara became a certified departmental trainer and in 2020, she was part of a TV show ‘Chanel Iron Chef’ in Thailand.
Her leadership skills excel in guiding a dedicated team of professionals and owing to her decade of culinary expertise, she is destined to significantly enhance the culinary talent and offerings of Lyfe Hotels.
