Acts are many but the venue is only one
A one-act competition means the enthusiasm and tremendous commitment from all departments to realistically portray the code of the newly inspired writers on the stage. The audience to enjoy a unique experience. Recently Q Marathi Channel organized ‘Q Marathi Youthful Mahakarandak’ state level one act competition, It got huge response from all over Maharashtra.
The preliminary round of this singles competition was held in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Nashik and Aurangabad divisions. The competition received a spontaneous response from each of these departments.
Considering the response of the competition, the competition had to be held for two days in some sections.
From this preliminary round, a total of 25 singles were selected for the final round, said a release today.
These 25 selected quality one act plays are being performed in Mumbai at Rangsarada Auditorium, Bandra. Veteran theater and film actor Dr. Girish Oak, theater director Chandrakant Kulkarni and famous theater and film actress Aditi are the judges for these one plays.
Nita Thackeray, Head of Q Marathi Channel and Ninad Sonawane, Head of Programming, decided to telecast this treasure of dramas on Q Marathi Channel for free to all the viewers of Maharashtra.
