Pune – A camp on ‘Arthritis-Disease and Treatment’ was jointly organized by Seven Star Foundation and Sadabahar Seniors Association at Bavdhan. Ayurvedacharya Vaishali Gadekar gave useful guidance to the participants.The theme of the camp was very useful for senior citizens. In daily life, rheumatoid arthritis can be a nuisance to seniors. Dr. Gadekar opined that proper diet, exercise and proper Ayurvedic treatment under the guidance of a doctor can reduce the discomfort of senior citizens and also in some serious ailments, if proper Ayurvedic treatment is done in time, things like surgery can be avoided.
