Virtual Launch of Balhegaon Vikas Yojana under the mentorship of Hon. Shri. Devendra Fadnavis ji

Pune (P&V News services) Gravity Foundation successfully launched the Balhegaon Vikas
Yojana through a virtual event on October 3 rd , 2021. The sarpanch and the villagers of
Balhegaon commenced the launch with a Bhoomi Pujan at Aurangabad through a LIVE
video conference. Hon’ble Shri Devendra Fadnavis ji (Former Chief Minister of Maharashtra
/ Leader of Opposition Maharashtra), Hon’b le Shri Ujwal Nikam ji (Indian special public
prosecutor) and Mr. Meehir Kulkarni, Chairman, Gravity Group attended the virtual launch
from different parts of the country. Considering the pandemic situation of the country the
Gravity Foundation initiated the virtual launch which was successfully conducted.
Balhegaon a small village in Aurangabad district has been adopted by the Gravity
Foundation for the betterment of the village. Irrigation, road construction, library, gym,
water purification, and separate sanitary facilities for men and women, among other things,
are all part of the development process.
Speaking on this occasion, Hon’ble Shri Devendra Fadnavis ji through a video conference
said, “Gravity Group’s initiative to improve Balhegaon is one of the best examples of public
and private sector collaboration for the welfare of the community. I appreciate Mr. Meehir
Kulkarni’s development initiative, since it is one of the most effective methods to give back
to society.
Balhegaon’s growth entails a variety of initiatives, one of which is improving healthcare,
which is especially crucial in light of the country’s recent pandemic. And I am confident that
this project will be extremely beneficial to the residents of Balhegaon village.
I wholeheartedly support this project, and I will provide whatever help is required in the
future. This is a wonderful project, and I am confident that we will all work together to
make it a success.”

Hon’ble Shri Ujwal Nikam ji (Indian special public prosecutor) wished the Gravity
group well and extended his support for the Balhegaon Vikas Yojana effort. He also
indicated that he will monitor the development work on a regular basis. Also, persons with
vested interests and evil motives to obstruct progress were urged to stay away.
He urged the people to stand strong with the Gravity Foundation and support them for
their social cause.
Apart from the development of Balhegaon village, the Gravity Foundation promises to be
supportive during natural disasters, development of poor and creating employment
opportunities.

with a population of 1400 people is our small contribution towards the betterment of the
society,” said, Mr. Meehir Kulkarni, Chairman, Gravity Group

that every family in Balhegaon has access to the best facilities for improving their level of
