The complaint alleges illegal sourcing and misappro priating of the spares of the OEM company un der Section 406 , 409 , 420 , 120b r \/ w 34 Indian Penal Code for maintaining and servicing unauthor isedly lifts of Famous brands . This not only creates unsafe servicing or repair of lifts but can also make innocent cus tomers party to their il legal sourcing of spares parts business . This is unfortunate when the fa mous Brand companies are officially ready to sell the spare parts to its cus tomer . This FIR is filed on the basis of the complaint from the Lift company , consequent to which , Mr. Shivram Kumbhakar , the Director of Olympia Ele vator , was taken from his hotel at Midnight on 15th March 2022 by police for questioning , which lasted for two hours .
