Presented by Ishanya Foundation in association with Bharat Gram Utsav by NABARD, the five-day event will bring together artisans, weavers, farmers, NGOs and social enterprises from across India at Creaticity Mall, Pune, from October 1 to 5, 2026, between 11 am and 9 pm, with free entry for visitors and ample parking available.<\/p>\n<p>The world may take inspiration from India\u2019s craft, but the originals belong to the hands and hearts that have kept these traditions alive for generations. It is time to celebrate these originals. From iconic Kolhapuri chappals to generations-old crafts, Indian artisans have created products and traditions admired across the world. Kala Krishi Bazaar brings these creations closer to consumers, offering an opportunity to meet the artisans, discover their stories and support local craftsmanship, rural enterprise and Indian talent.<\/p>\n<p>The event will bring together more than 150 craftspeople and artisans and over 3,000 products from 20+ states, offering visitors an opportunity to discover traditional crafts, handlooms, organic produce, sustainable products and regional food while engaging directly with the communities and makers behind them. The event is designed to offer a wide range of products \u2013 from everyday lifestyle products to festive and wedding shopping, home d\u00e9cor or corporate gifting. By bringing craftspeople and artisans and consumers together, Kala Krishi Bazaar seeks to create opportunities for communities to showcase their skills, products and stories.<br \/>\nSpeaking about the 19th edition, Mrs. Parul Mehta, Managing Trustee, Ishanya Foundation, said, \u201cKala Krishi Bazaar is a beautiful new chapter for the Yellow Ribbon NGO Fair, while retaining the purpose that has shaped the initiative over the years. This edition brings together a thoughtfully curated selection of artisans, farmers, NGOs and social enterprises from across India and creates a space where people can discover their work, understand their stories and support their livelihoods. Every purchase is an opportunity to make a conscious choice while celebrating India\u2019s rich traditions and craftsmanship. \u201c<\/p>\n<p>Dr. A V Bhavani Shankar \u2013Chief General Manager, NABARD, said, \u201cThis event provides a platform to showcase the diversity, craftsmanship and enterprise of rural India and connect producers with a wider consumer base. Our association with Kala Krishi Bazaar is an opportunity to bring these stories and products closer to urban audiences while encouraging greater appreciation and market opportunities for rural producers and artisans.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kala Krishi Bazaar will showcase the diversity of India\u2019s craft and rural economy, with a wide range of handcrafted textiles, traditional weaves, artisan pottery, home d\u00e9cor, organic produce, natural wellness products and upcycled and recycled goods. Visitors can explore sarees, stoles, shawls, bags, baskets, paintings, artefacts and festive gifting options, along with products such as A2 ghee, honey, jaggery, spices, millets, farm-fresh vegetables, pickles and snacks which is a value for money. The event will also feature a live traditional food court offering authentic Indian cuisine, including Puran Poli, Thalipeeth, Pithla Bhakri and millet-based delicacies, giving visitors an opportunity to experience regional flavours alongside the products and crafts on display. There are also added attractions for kids such as live workshops, trampoline park , pickle ball &amp; padel making it a fun day to spend with friends and family . The Bazaar will also highlight the work of NGOs, self-help groups and social enterprises working across a range of social and community-led initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond being a marketplace, Kala Krishi Bazaar aims to create meaningful connections between communities and consumers and provide greater visibility to livelihoods and causes supported by participating organisations.
