The two-day scientific conference brought together leading endocrinologists, physicians, bariatric surgeons, nutritionists, researchers, and healthcare professionals from India and abroad to discuss the latest advances in obesity management and metabolic medicine. The program saw particpation from over 500 doctors including 75 international experts .<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">With obesity now recognised globally as a chronic disease and a major public health challenge, the conference emphasised a multidisciplinary, patient-centric approach to prevention, diagnosis, and long-term treatment. The programme featured a pre-conference workshop on personalised nutrition, physical activity, behavioural interventions, and sustainable weight management, followed by scientific sessions with experts from India, Denmark, Japan, and the UK. Discussions covered anti-obesity medications, childhood obesity, metabolic surgery, and emerging treatment protocols.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">The keynote addresses were delivered by renowned experts Dr. Banshi Saboo and Dr. Brij Mohan Makkar. Sessions explored obesity&#8217;s association with cardiovascular disease, fatty liver disease, women&#8217;s health, sleep disorders, kidney disease, diabetes, and overall metabolic health.
