The procedures performed included Gonioscopy-Assisted Transluminal Trabeculotomy (GATT) and Kahook Dual Blade (KDB) Goniotomy.<\/p>\n
GATT is a micro-incisional procedure that restores the eye’s natural drainage pathway through a comprehensive 360-degree approach, reducing intraocular pressure while preserving conjunctival tissue and keeping future treatment options open. KDB Goniotomy uses precision-engineered instrumentation to remove diseased trabecular meshwork tissue, improving aqueous outflow and supporting effective long-term pressure control. Both techniques are designed to reduce surgical trauma and allow for faster recovery compared to conventional glaucoma surgery.<\/p>\n
