Pune: A grand technical festival, \u201cTechnovision 2K26,\u201d organized by JSPM and TSSM Educational Institutes, was successfully inaugurated under the guidance of Founder Secretary Dr. T. J. Sawant. The event was further graced by the presence of TSSM Secretary Giriraj Sawant and Trustee Rishiraj Sawant.<\/p>\n
The chief guests for the occasion included Abhijit Phadke (Director, Cummins India), Dr. Balasaheb Sathe (Director, Cosmos Bank Pvt. Ltd., Pune), Anil Bhosale (Director, JSPM), and Dr. Avinash Kharat (Director, JSPM).<\/p>\n
Several dignitaries were present at the event, including Campus Director Dr. S. R. Thite, Campus Coordinator Vikas Jadhav, Principal of TSSM Bhivarabai Sawant College of Engineering Dr. G. A. Hinge, Director of JSPM Narhe Technical Campus Dr. S. P. Bhosale, Principal of TSSM Bhivarabai Sawant Polytechnic Dr. A. S. Patil, and Deputy Director Dr. M. M. Sardeshmukh. Heads of departments, faculty members, and a large number of students from various institutions also attended the event.<\/p>\n
The event was effectively coordinated by Dr. R. S. Karale, Dr. P. N. Shinde, Dr. S. B. Khaple, and Prof. S. P. Nayak.<\/p>\n
\u201cTechnovision 2K26\u201d featured a wide range of technical competitions across various engineering disciplines, including AI & Data Science, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, and Electronics. A major highlight of the festival was a 24-hour \u201cTechathon\u201d organized by the TSSM Computer Department, where students worked continuously to develop innovative project solutions.<\/p>\n
Students from Pune and across Maharashtra enthusiastically participated in the competitions. Notably, school students also took part in the \u201cWaste to Product\u201d competition, promoting innovation and environmental awareness at an early age.<\/p>\n
During the inauguration, chief guests Abhijit Phadke and Dr. Balasaheb Sathe guided students on career opportunities in finance and engineering and encouraged them to pursue entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n
The event provided an excellent platform for students to enhance their skills, foster innovation, and gain practical experience. Attractive prizes were announced for the winners.<\/p>\n
