The Chamber has also emphasized quarterly GST returns for small traders and speedy GST refunds to improve liquidity.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Gems &amp; Jewellery Sector:<\/p>\n<p>Recognizing the gems and jewellery industry as a major contributor to employment and exports, AMCCIE has strongly demanded that GST on gems and jewellery be restricted to only 1%, along with simplified compliance norms and export-friendly policies.<\/p>\n<p>MSMEs and Small Traders:<\/p>\n<p>The Chamber has demanded collateral-free loans up to \u20b95 crore, interest subvention, enhancement of MSME turnover limits, and reduction in compliance burden to strengthen India\u2019s trading and manufacturing ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Manufacturing &amp; \u201cMake in India\u201d:<\/p>\n<p>AMCCIE has sought inclusion of traditional industries under PLI schemes, reduction in power tariffs, capital subsidies for technology upgradation, and implementation of single-window clearance systems.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Education &amp; Skill Development:<\/p>\n<p>The Chamber has called for low-interest education loans, tax incentives for skill development, and greater government support for private and community-run educational institutions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Startups &amp; Entrepreneurship:<\/p>\n<p>AMCCIE has urged the government to extend Startup India tax benefits to 10 years, completely abolish angel tax, and create special funding mechanisms for startups in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Real Estate &amp; Infrastructure:<\/p>\n<p>The Chamber has appealed for enhancement of home loan tax deductions, rationalization of GST on construction materials, and faster project approvals to revive the real estate sector.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Trade, Export &amp; Logistics:<\/p>\n<p>Reduction in logistics costs, faster customs clearance, and export incentives for traditional traders under the \u201cVocal for Local to Global\u201d initiative were strongly emphasized.<\/p>\n<p>Joint Appeal<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Rajesh Agarwal, along with National Vice President Mr. Narendra Goyal, Directors Mr. Kamalraj Bansal and Mr. Umesh Mandot, and all members of AMCCIE, jointly appealed to the Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji and Finance Minister Smt.
