Themed \u201cNavigating the Future of Work: The Struggle for Space between Technology and People,\u201d the event served as a dynamic platform for dialogue between industry leaders, academicians, and emerging HR professionals on the evolving relationship between people and technology in an AI-driven world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event drew an impressive 500+ participants, including 100 corporate delegates and 50+ leading organizations from across India. The Chief Guest, Mr. Rahul Kulkarni (CHRO, Siemens Healthineers), and the Guest of Honour, Mr. Shrikant Pawar (Business HR Head, Adani Realty), inaugurated the conclave with thought-provoking addresses on the future of human capital.
