Pune (Voice News Service):-<\/strong>\u00a0A new YouTube channel dedicated to Indian Classical Music, titled\u00a0INCLAM<\/strong>, is set to launch with a unique offering for music enthusiasts. The channel will feature\u00a067 Raagas<\/strong>\u00a0of vocal Indian Classical Music recorded in the rare\u00a0Anibaddha<\/em>\u00a0format \u2014\u00a0without any rhythmic instrumental accompaniment or lyrics<\/strong>. The concept of\u00a0\u201cMusic Beyond Words\u201d<\/em>\u00a0perfectly encapsulates this innovative project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The official launch event will be held on September 28, 2025<\/strong>, at the Maharshi Karve Stree Shikshan Sanstha\u2019s Dr. Bhanuben Nanavati College of Architecture for Women (BNCA) Auditorium<\/strong> in Pune.
Distinguished guests, Sangeetacharya Dr. Pt. Vikas Kashalkar<\/strong>, Principal of Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Pune, Pt. Pramod Marathe<\/strong>, and Dr. Anurag Kashyap<\/strong>, Principal of BNCA, will grace the occasion and formally launch the channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Rajendra Karambelkar<\/strong>, producer and founder of INCLAM, explained that, this is the first time<\/strong> such a large-scale collection of Anibaddha<\/em> vocal classical music is being made available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis project aims to reach not only Indian Classical music lovers worldwide, but also listeners who do not understand any Indian language. Since the music contains no lyrics, its beauty and emotional depth can be universally experienced,\u201d<\/em> said Dr. Karambelkar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The creative directors<\/strong>, Mr. Rajiv Tambe<\/strong> and Mrs. Ankita Tambe<\/strong>, emphasized that the simplicity of these renditions<\/strong> will appeal to the younger generation. By presenting classical music in this pure form, INCLAM seeks to remove the barriers and misconceptions<\/strong> often associated with learning classical music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThese recordings will serve as a timeless resource for generations to come,\u201d<\/em> they added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the channel launch, renowned vocalists Anuradha Kuber<\/strong> and Shruti Deshpande<\/strong> will perform live, offering the audience a glimpse into this style of music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

INCLAM has recorded 67 Raagas<\/strong> featuring 29 highly reputed artists<\/strong> who are acclaimed both nationally and internationally. Some of the prominent contributors include Mahesh Kale<\/strong>, Shounak Abhisheki<\/strong>, Jayteerth Mevundi<\/strong>, Raghunandan Panshikar<\/strong>, Arti Kundalkar<\/strong>, and Anuradha Kuber<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The collection includes well-known Raagas such as Bihag<\/strong>, Kamod<\/strong>, Marwa<\/strong>, and Ahir Bhairav<\/strong>, along with rarely performed gems<\/strong> like Kapar Gauri Bhairav<\/strong>, Hem<\/strong>, and Lanka Dahan Sarang<\/strong>, making it an intriguing and diverse mix<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, the Raagas are sequenced to reflect the time of day<\/strong>, offering listeners an uninterrupted Dawn-to-Dusk-to-Dawn musical journey<\/strong> \u2014 truly nonstop classical music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Karambelkar shared the inspiration behind the project:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHistorically, when Raagas must have been first conceived and established, they must have been purely vocal expressions without rhythmic accompaniments or set lyrics. Over time, as distinct traditions evolved, the elements like Khyal and Bandish were added. By returning to this original form, the artist\u2019s voice connects directly with the listener\u2019s subconscious mind. We believe this approach will not only calm the mind but also help dispel misconceptions about classical music.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Celebrated harmonium maestro Mr. Rajiv Tambe<\/strong> highlighted the universal appeal of this format:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAmong all musical forms, vocal music is considered the most complete. These recordings allow virtually anyone to sing along. By transcending language barriers, this music unites listeners worldwide and truly represents global harmony.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ms. Ankita Tambe<\/strong> added:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Noted vocalist Mr. Mahesh Kale<\/strong> has already stated when he recorded his Raagas that<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis is a kind of music where it\u2019s not about where the artist takes the Swaras, but rather where the Swaras take the artist.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Similarly, Mr. Jayteerth Mevundi<\/strong> expressed his excitement:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPadma Vibhushan and Sangeet Natak Akademi awardee Vidushi Kishori Amonkar<\/strong> had once expressed that her idea of dream concert was to perform with only \u2018her voice and a Tanpura\u2019 on the stage\u201d. This project honors that vision and demonstrates the profound power of the human voice.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Looking ahead, INCLAM aims to rediscover and revive Raagas<\/strong> that have gradually faded from public performances and are no longer commonly taught.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
