Laxman website (<\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.rklaxman.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>www.rklaxman.com<\/strong><\/a><strong>)<\/strong>\u00a0and unveiled a\u00a0<strong>Children\u2019s Art Book of Sketches<\/strong>\u00a0by the legendary cartoonist R.K. Laxman,\u00a0<strong>along with Usha Laxman (daughter of R.K. Laxman), Gauri Chordia, and Adya Chordia<\/strong>\u00a0at the R.K. Laxman Museum, Balewadi, Pune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The newly redesigned website provides an immersive glimpse into the life and works of R.K. Laxman, capturing the inspirations and influences that shaped him into one of India\u2019s most iconic artists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Children\u2019s Art Book, released alongside, features a collection of R.K. Laxman\u2019s original sketches created for the children\u2019s books authored by his wife, Kamala Laxman. Known for her engaging storytelling, Kamala wrote many beloved works for children, including the much-celebrated&nbsp;<em><strong>Tenali Raman<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;series, which later gained national fame through its televised adaptation on Doordarshan in the early 1980s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event also welcomed&nbsp;<strong>school children from Elpro International School<\/strong>, who were given a chance to engage with the sketches, discover the stories behind them, and draw inspiration from the creative legacy of R.K. and Kamala Laxman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the event,&nbsp;<strong>Usha Laxman&nbsp;<\/strong>shared one of her father\u2019s timeless reflections on nurturing creativity:&nbsp;<em>\u201cChildren should develop their skills in art, the urge for drawing and sketching is inborn in everyone and all that one needs to become an artist is to develop a faculty of observation.\u201d<\/em><em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speaking on the occasion,&nbsp;<strong>Anand Chordia<\/strong>&nbsp;said:&nbsp;<em>\u201cR.K.
