The period also saw an unprecedented surge in office completions, totalling\u00a0<strong>8.8 mn sq. ft.<\/strong>, a massive\u00a0<strong>264% YoY growth<\/strong>, primarily in\u00a0<strong>PBD East, Kharadi, and SBD East<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despite a sharp rise in supply pushing&nbsp;<strong>vacancy levels to 14.9%<\/strong>, the demand remained robust, underpinned by&nbsp;<strong>large-scale enterprise deals<\/strong>&nbsp;in Q1.&nbsp;<strong>Flex space operators led leasing activity<\/strong>, accounting for&nbsp;<strong>44%<\/strong>&nbsp;of transactions, followed by&nbsp;<strong>Global Capability Centres (GCCs),<\/strong>&nbsp;which saw a significant rise in share to&nbsp;<strong>25%<\/strong>, up from just 3% in H1 2025.
