The program included talk on science and techniques of meditation and demonstrations .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;International Motivational Speaker Brahmakumari Sarita Didi (Sarita Rathi), a Senior Rajyoga&nbsp; Teacher graced the ocassion as Chief Guest in presence of Rupal Sancheti , Head of Marketing and Digital at Sancheti Hospital , Dr.Lavneesh Tyagi, Head of Sancheti Institute for Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation and Dr.PS Garcha , Senior Anaesthisiologist at Sancheti Hospital.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sarita Didi said that meditation helps remove the clutter of negative thoughts and recharge our mind with positivity . Meditation teaches to go to the root not the fruit . And the root is our mind. If we stabilize our mind , fill it with positive thoughts , it will help us heal ourselves . This helps to get over anxiety , depression, stress and factors affecting our mind and look at life and relationships differently .&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ground breaking initiative at Sancheti Hospital&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sancheti Hospital had recently established meditation room, a first-of-its-kind offering by any hospital in Maharashtra. This serene space is designed to cater to the emotional and mental well-being of patients, their families, and hospital staff, reinforcing Sancheti Hospital\u2019s unwavering commitment to the philosophy of &#8220;Patient First.&#8221;The meditation room helps patient relatives in distress to maintain positivity and keep them away from negative thoughts .&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In an additional step towards creating a truly harmonious environment, Sancheti Hospital has announced the hospital as a &#8220;No Anger Zone.&#8221; This unique initiative aims to foster a calm and supportive atmosphere for patients and their families, recognizing the anxiety they may experience during their healthcare journey. The initiative extends to all 1,000+ employees, including doctors, ensuring a compassionate and understanding approach at every level of care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Dr. Parag Sancheti, Chairman of Sancheti Hospital said that&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAt Sancheti Hospital, we believe that true healing encompasses not just the body, but the mind and soul as well.
