Pune (Voice news service):- The Lexicon Schools launched their first-of-its-kind book titled, \u2018\u2018I Believe – And This Is My Story\u201d, on 19th June 2024, at the hands of Mr. S.D. Sharma, Founder Chairman, The Lexicon Group and Mr. Pankaj Sharma, President of The Lexicon Group of Institutes and Chairman & MD, Pune Times Mirror, Civic Mirror & Multifit. Also present on stage were Mr. Nasir Shaikh, Group CEO of The Lexicon Group of Institutes, EduCrack, and EasyRecruit+, Mrs. Anju Luthra, Deputy Director, The Lexicon Schools and Mr. Hemant Kumar, Founding Editor of Quill Club Writers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Authored and illustrated by the students of The Lexicon Schools, this book is a collection of illustrated stories that delve into the thoughts, imagination and perspectives of the school-going generation. It beautifully showcases the experiences, dreams, beliefs of young Lexiconites and is a great display of their great creativity and insight. The students received guidance from Mr. Hemant Kumar and a dedicated team of teachers and facilitators from The Lexicon Schools.
I Believe is the first such book released by a school in Pune. When asked about it, Mr. Pankaj Sharma, President of The Lexicon Group of Institutes and Chairman MD of Pune Times Mirror, Civic Mirror, and MultiFit, said, \u201cWe have great confidence in what our students are capable of doing. It was ur endeavour to offer them an opportunity to showcase their talent, which is an integral part of the Lexicon Experience.\u201d He thanked Mr. Hemant Kumar, Founding Editor – Quill Club Writers and the teachers involved in guiding the students for their immense contribution in making it a success.
Mr. Nasir Shaikh, Group CEO of The Lexicon Group of Institutes, EduCrack, and EasyRecruit+ added, \u201cWhen we came up with this unique idea, it was amazing to see how the students embraced the opportunity. We are the first school in Pune to come up with such a book and we are sure this book is going to inspire many young aspiring storytellers \u2013 both of the written world and the illustrative art kind.\u201d
The event included two panel discussions. The first discussion, \u201cVoice of the Future \u2013 Unveiling Our Story\u201d, was by the students of The Lexicon Schools.
Student illustrators Sreyanshu Dey, Chaitrasri Kolli, Yashica Jain and student authors Trisha Prajapati, Aneet Deepak and Dhaanya Naithani, shared their journey of creating this volume and the thought process behind it. The discussion was moderated by Abha Chaloo, an avid reader and orator.
The second panel discussion on \u201cThe Power of Storytelling: Inspiring Creativity and Collaboration Among Young Authors and Illustrators\u201d was by a set of expert panelists, which included Mr Hemant
Kumar \u2013 Founding Editor – Quill Club Writers, Ms Swati Raje – Author Founder President – Bhaashaa Foundation, Mr Ajay Vaishampayan – Head Customer Acquisition Engagement, Creaticity, Ms Garima Gupta – Psychologist, Author Happiness Coach, Mr Arvind Mittal – Author Script Writer and Ms Varsha Seshan \u2013 Author of children\u2019s books. Mr Raoul D\u2019Cunha, a well-known Soft Skills Trainer, MUNner and Athlete was the moderator of this enlightening panel discussion that enriched the audience.
