All the customers purchasing the Odysse products from 1 March 2024 can benefit from the extended warranty period of up to 5 years on select models, providing enhanced peace of mind and confidence in their purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under the terms of the extended warranty program, the battery warranty can be extended from the standard 3 years to a total of 5 years, exclusively covering the battery component. This extension offers customers added protection and support for their investment in Odysse electric vehicles. The extended warranty program is applicable to the following Odysse models:Evoqis, E2Go+, E2Go Lite, Hawk Plus, Hawk Lite, Racer Lite, V2+ \/ V2<\/strong><\/a> and Vader.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ltd.<\/strong>, \u201cThe Extended Warranty Program further shows Odysse\u2019s commitment towards the customers and sustainable mobility. With this initiative, customers can utilize their EVs without fear of battery malfunction. This will make the EVs even more cost effective in the long run compared to their ICE counterparts as their initial investment is balanced out by low cost per kilometre along with lower carbon footprint.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The Plan can be purchased within 365 days of purchase of the Product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Customers can make an unlimited number of claims up to the battery cost, based on the age and capacity of the battery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The service will be carried out at the Company\u2019s authorised service centres.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
