Pour melted Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk and refrigerate for 40 &#8211; 50 mins. Pipe Whipping cream, add thandai powder in the center, and garnish with dry rose petals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\" start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Chocolate Modak&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Ingredients<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>For The Outer Coating<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>10 nos Cadbury Dairy Milk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FOR THE MODAKS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 cup desiccated coconut<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u215b cup milk powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00be cup full-fat milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cup sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 nos Cadbury Dairy Milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 nos Cadbury 5 Star<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 nos Cadbury Dairy Milk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Cooking Instructions<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 1<\/strong>: For outer coating, melt Cadbury Dairy Milk in a pot and keep aside in a bowl<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2:<\/strong>&nbsp;For Modak, in a non-stick pan, take desiccated coconut, milk powder, milk, and sugar, and cook the mix for 4 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 3:<\/strong>&nbsp;Now add Cadbury Dairy Milk and Cadbury 5 Star and stir till the chocolate bars have melted. Cook this for 2 minutes till the entire mixture starts separating around the sides of the pan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 4:<\/strong>&nbsp;Let it cool down completely. Now take a modak mould and press the mixture into it. &#8211; Unmould it and repeat the process till you have used up all the mixture<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 5<\/strong>: Now dip the modaks we made using a dipping fork in the bowl with melted Cadbury Dairy Milk.
