Shine in NCC Combined Annual Training Camp
Pune: NCC Air Wing Cadets of PVG’s Muktangan English School & Jr. College shine in a Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC-706). Recently, the camp was held at NCC Group Headquarters, Senapati Bapat Road, Pune. A total of 21 Cadets of Std. IX Participated in various competitions. The cadets have successfully won the following prizes and brought laurels to our school. In the Quiz Competition Cadets won the Winners Trophy, in the Drill & Cultural Competition cadets won the Runners Trophy.
Cadets also won individual prizes for Best Cadet Category JD and JW. Cadet Rajveer Jadhavrao won the Best Cadet JD, while Cadet Vedantee Kadam won Best Cadet JW. NCC Air Wing Group Coimbatore conducted A ten-day All India NCC Girls trek expedition ‘2024 Tamilnadu trek’ in the Nilgiris from 4th May to 15th May 2024. Cadet Ira Joshi, Cadet Arya Chormule, and Cadet Shravari Jagtap these three girls attended the camp.
It was altogether a thrilling experience for the cadets. The entire Air Wing troop was trained and guided by Third Officer Shruti Kamble. All the NCC Air Wing Cadets and Third Officer Shruti Kamble were congratulated & felicitated by the Principal of the school Mrs. Meena Rane. Supervisors Mrs. Sayali Dhakras, Mrs. Supriya Deshkulkarni & Mrs. Jayati Narawane were also present. The school management and the Director of the school, Shri Anand Kulkarni congratulated the entire team.
