“Public participation with government is important” – Former Minister of State Shri. Eknath Khadse
Pune: Gram Gaurav and Shabdsarathi Sanstha organized a seminar on Agriculture and Rural Development strategy by the Government for the Past, Present and Future recently on the occasion of an inaugural ceremony of the corporate office of the monthly Magazine Gram Garurav and the News Channel Jansangram at Law College Rd.
Former Minister and senior NCP leader Shri. Eknath Khadse inagurated the office by worshiping Replica of an Oxen and a bullock cart in the presence of Patoda Adarsh Gaon Sarpanch Bhaskarrao Pere Patil, Maharashtra’s Goldman Prashant Sapkal, Gram Gaurav’s Vivek Thackeray, Dhanshree Thackeray, Amol Machale, Parag Potdar, Vishal Ghodeswar, Sunil Shete, Priya Gaikwad, Aryan Akhade, Y.D. Patil, Sharad Chaudhary etc.
In the seminar Eknath Khadse expressed the view that “people’s participation is necessary in the actual implementation of various schemes of the government for the implementation of various rural development schemes for the development of the village”.
Bhaskar Pere-Patil said, “The government rewards the Gram Panchayats for their exemplary work in the state as an ideal village.These ideal villages need to be imitated and followed. Everyone should think about how to make their village self-reliant from self-production”. He also advised the youth to follow an ideology of an ideal village.
